What does EngageFlow ™ do?
EngageFlow ™ creates an individual guide for an appointment with a doctor with 3 clicks. Here the employee selects:
- Doctor persona
- Key messages for the conversation
- Communication channel (face 2 face, video call, telephone call)
Who is EngageFlow ™ for?
EngageFlow supports all pharmaceutical sales force and omnichannel manager teams. Especially if you have one or more of these challenges:
- Different doctor personas who need an individual approach (DISG / Insights Discovery, or individually developed personas)
- Have 3 or more key messages for your preparation
- Discuss several preparations
What does the employee get?
- An optimized conversation guide for the selected doctor, communication channel and key messages.
- In the case of the video call, the appropriate slides.
