In this interactive workshop, participants learn to better recognize signals from the other party. After the workshop, the participants are able to respond to these signals in a relationship-promoting manner in order to convince in a shorter time. The content is adapted to your needs and can be tailored for conversations in the digital space and for conversations on site.
